NEW POODLE COMMITTEE

While I was away it was unilaterally decided by the Tories that they would only have formal meetings - Cabinet & Commissions, etc - every 6 weeks instead of monthly. Included within this blanket decision was the previously opposition lead and independent Scrutiny Committee, whose new Tory majority is more than happy not to have to do any scrutiny.

I think I will propose to the next Full Council a new name for this committee !
