ANOTHER NUDGE FOR JOE
Joe Blogs clearly needs another nudge to remind him that you are supposed to post on a blog reasonably regularly. I last got him to post on May 16th after a sly comment here. Some 7 weeks later there has been nothing else - and not much prospect of anything in the next 2 weeks as he is off saving other local authorities or at the LGA conference in Brum.

Poor old Joe. It's the saddle sores that stop him from sitting at the computer.
Actually it may not have been your 'dig' that got him writing last time. There have been several comments asking after him on the Council forum, and a few even made it past the censor (sorry, 'moderator')
Off saving other local authorities. Because it is all going so well here I assume??
Joe was braving the rain and the Terroist threat to watch the Gay Pride festival an event which is very popular in Westminster.
Good for him. Anyway we got the desired effect yesterday - another post. Thats about 9 this year....
