Well, he does seem to be a man (sic) on a mission. Only been elected 2 years and already leapfrogging longer serving cllrs into the cabinet! Perhaps he is the latest tory Boy Wonder, I recall another "Boy-Wonder" in their ranks, a certain Cllr Andrew Mellor, wonder where he is now?
