IMITATION - THE BEST FORM OF FLATTERY
Councillors learnt today that the Chief Exec will be blogging from this weekend. I have sent him a warm welcome to blogging and reminded Members of my own blog - though of course many of them follow it avidly. Especially backbench Tories with a thirst for information, any information ! They don't appear to get it anywhere else....

He'll have his work cut out to keep up with you. Anyway, if it's anything like his weekly addresses in 'The Vine' it will be written by officers anyway.

So let's get this straight, the flaws aren't really with the Tory Council - no, the problem is a failure to communicate just how good the Council is! Thank you for enlightening us, Duckworth. If only the CP did its job and faithfully reported the Tory party line, all would be well.
Hilariously, having read him whine about not being able to communicate, I noticed the Chief Exec's blog doesn't actually allow readers to comment. The irony.
But Dan - the Council are spending £10k per month on communications help from Westminster City Council !!!!
