Some things are great levellers!
I believe there is still free tea and coffee at our town hall. Last year it all moved to Fair Trade but they had to go without free biscuits.
That caused a bit of a fuss!
Levellers indeed, but you would not believe the volume of emails circulating about this issue. When there are job cuts or service reductions - nothing.
We too have Fairtrade thanks to a successful Labour motion to Council last June
