So the Council staff who were highly motivated and high in morale, and the reason for the lambasting I received at Full Council from the Council Leader(see post of 19.07.06), totalled 19. Yes, NINETEEN.....
Someone must tell the Council Leader how many staff they employ.

I wonder how long it took them to find as many as 19 sycophants. Must have been quite a search. As I've said before, people are so terrified for their jobs that they will not usually tell the truth to this administration. There's been too much bullying, too many threats, and an excess proud crowing about the low rate of redundancy payments. If they want honesty from their officers about anything as sensitive as 'morale' they will have to redress a very large credibility gap first.
I could find 19 people to say they had been kidnapped by aliens. Wouldn't make it true though....
Has anyone in County Hall commented on the Statistical Validity of the sample size?
I think an FOI request is in order.....!
