Some joker has decided to put a Report on next week's Scrutiny Committee agenda on an enquiry - Educational Attainment 2006 - that I lead on and Cllr Mosdell assisted with. The joke is I am away next week, this meeting having been uniltaerally moved from 19 July without any consultation with opposition members, and Cllr Mosdell has been turfed off the committee by the Tory group.You wouldn't make it up !
